EMBROIDERY PROCESS
IT STARTS WITH YOUR DESIGN
You tell us what your needs are and we provide them. All we need is an image, garment, and embroidery locations to get started. If your logo is in .dst file format we don't have to digitize it. If you just want text, as long as you use the fonts we offer, there is no digitizing fee.
WE OPTIMIZE YOUR DESIGN
Our experienced team of embroidery experts figure out the best way to embroider onto your polo, hat, towel, or other garment. Then we send you a sample sew-out to approve. We do not start production until you are 100% satisfied with your design.
IT GETS EMBROIDERED!
After you approve the design, our embroiderers get to hooping and sewing. We make sure every product that leaves our shop has the Mellado Designs quality check.
