OUR SCREEN PRINT PROCESS
YOU GIVE US A DESIGN
To get started, all you have to do is send your design information to us through email or in person. We try to make it easy and reliable. Just let us know the location of the print, type of garment you want, and send us a picture of the logo you want. If you want to do names or numbers, just email us the list and we can make it happen.
WE ANALYZE YOUR INFO
Our dedicated staff takes the time needed to review all the details of your order. If your file is not in vector file, we can recreate it, no problem. After you approve the artwork, we send it to production where it gets prepared for printing. At this point, we order your garments if not provided.
THE GARMENTS GET PRINTED!
All our screen printers have to run a sample, which gets approved by our production manager, before running the full order. We can print up to 6 colors, including foil, reflective, and metallic colors. We also flash dry between colors so the print is sure to be crisp and without color bleeding.
